		<description>Others that are on my must-have list:  EMACS, (text editor that's still twice as old as the internet), TrueCrypt, which provides data encryption (but requires admin to mount), and IrfanView, IMO the best all around graphics display tool, and PathSync, which allows you to copy/update directory structures easily.</description>

		<description>Don't forget about SumatraPDF.  It's a free and very fast and light PDF viewer.  Not as full featured as others, but it's a single executable and works great.</description>
